Reading is an essential part of every class, especially in first and second grade. These books will allow us to teach our standards in the classroom in an exciting way. The kids will be able to read the book in class and then, we can do independent and small group projects and presentations for our class. Children having tools and resources to learn and making it fun to learn is my ultimate goal in our classroom! Every day we talk about using resources in our room and binders to help us figure out our answers or to help us. I want my kids to remember the fun stuff we did in class and be able to use it for years. The resources from this grant will put valuable books in their hands to do just that. We love learning and researching and appreciate any and all help to get these books in our kids' hands!
