Many of my students are entering a classroom for the first time and are just beginning to build a foundation for literacy and math skills. Some of my students are just learning what their name looks like, what a rhyme sounds like, and how to be safe. Others, who are ready for more challenging materials, can tell you what happened in a story, know all their letters, can count, and identify numbers. Despite our skill variation, our classroom is filled with laughter, conversations, play, and acceptance.

About my class
