My students are AMAZING. They are kind and loving and have a great desire to learn. They live in a very low income part of town, residing in apartments with up to 15 people packed into a two bedroom. Most of the time they come to school hungry and often dirty. Despite these setbacks, they come to school with a willing heart and open mind. I am so lucky to be their teacher.
