Our NYC classroom is made up of both general education and special education students. It is a very diverse inner city public school. Our students thrive off one another and learn through conversation and cooperative group work. In such a diverse class setting, we spend a lot of classroom time working in small groups. However, we end up on the floor or crammed around one desk.
