Visualize the reluctant reader. You know those students who pull up their jacket hoods, slump into their chairs, roll their eyes, and look bored? These students read only under great duress and often fake it at that. Well, in an urban middle school...that's almost everyone! In general, middle-schools are reluctant readers. I want to change our students view of "reading" to include books in all formats -- print, audio, electronic and whatever is next invented. Please help!
