In the past I have paid for my students organization materials. Color coded folders for different subjects, binders to take home their agendas and homework, sheet protectors for reminders and anchor charts. These items helps to get the students organized in the classroom and to stay organized. I am excited to start ScholasticNews for my students as I’ve seen these have a substantial impact on students learning. This donation will make a difference by sparking their engagement, enhancing their reading comprehension skills, and providing opportunities for students to be informed about current events. I also included the Science-Spin inserts to really engage them in science. The awesome thing about these subscriptions are they all have online accessibility! This comes in handy if some (or all) of my students end up distance learning. Also included in this project are individual headphones for classroom use.
