The students in my first grade class are buzzing with excitement everyday about school. They are learning so much and want to tell the world about it. At the beginning of each school year, my students bring in their supplies with big, bright eyes. It is such a grand time in their lives. Cutting and pasting is what my students do best and therefore, we seem to run out of these supplies quickly. With the responsibility of school fees such as supplies, field trips, pictures, lunch, and so on, parents can feel the pinch financially. I do not want to burden my student's families with more and more supply requests.
