I'm a new resource specialist at Oakland High School, teaching an SDC Math class. My students are vibrant in so many ways, and every day I try to provide the best learning experience for them, with the proper modification and accommodations that help them overcome their various learning disabilities. As a new educator, I have a lot of need for supplies to help bring my classroom to life. My second year will start on August 2023, and I want to ensure I have every tool possible to create a fun, safe, inclusive, and thriving classroom environment. I want my students to be prepared and excited to come to class. My first project is about establishing the classroom I'm proud of and envision. I can't wait to share this journey with you all!
