I have a large class of mostly freshmen in an entrepreneurial class. I want to give them a real-life experience with creating a business from scratch, so we have decided to make and sell coffee. We will be learning about hiring employees, constructing a schedule, teaching our "employees" to make the product, deciding how much to sell the coffee for, developing advertising/marketing, fashioning order forms, and deciding the best methods of payment and delivery.

About my class
