Greetings! I am a fourth grade teacher in an inner city school in Washington,DC. I teach all four subjects, reading, math, social studies and science. I have 23 great students. As a first year teacher, I have enjoyed my career change from school social worker to teacher. I find it to be a very rewarding job. In helping my 23 students to be fluent writers across the curriculum, having digital cameras, ink and photo paper the students will be able to bring their writings to life in words and pictures to produce their best work. I have been pleased that my students are interested in writing in class and believe that using photography to design creative stories. My students will use the class digital cameras to take pictures of the world around them.
