My students have been working on several projects utilizing technology. I find that they are much more driven to produce quality work when I utilize the technology tools they are used to outside of their life at school. Our challenge is that they do not always have access to this technology in this school. These cameras would allow us to capture digital pictures and video that can be used in numerous projects. I challenge my students in every project to think about how math is and will be used in their lives. This connection is a very important connection for them to make if I hope for them to remember what they are learning. My students are both the highest and lowest achievers. I have found that no matter who they are that technology is a common way to get great products from them.
