My students are 19 of the most enthusiastic "sponges" you will ever meet. They come to school on a daily basis eager to learn all they can to make me and their parents proud. They soak up all of the skills taught each day in order to be productive students as their academic years take them. Although, we are a Title i school, where the majority of them are on free or reduced lunch, there are limited resources for learning through technology in their homes. With only two computers for them to use in the classroom, it is hard rotating them during the day where everyone can benefit from their use. They are all very eager and able to learn given the right materials needed for them to feel success. They are an exceptional kindergarten class. Each of the children are anxious to learn more and more each day. Once the light bulb flickered and they saw the end result of learning reading and math skills, there was no stopping them from being successful.
