Oh my goodness... I love them! Since I work in such a small school district, as far as serving the needs of special education students in the middle school... I'm it. That means that I wear many hats, and I am responsible for supporting students whose needs range from minor (specific learning difficulties or disabilities) to major (these students may have multiple disabilities and require 1:1 support). Neurodivergence is my JAM, and making sure that all of my students feel loved, supported and honored, regardless of their learning style or challenge. :) These are my people, and I am honored to serve them.
