My students are in an alternative high school setting. Most of them work independently. They do not fit in a traditional high school setting or are credit deficient. Many do not reach out for help and just shut down. These are the students who fall into the crack and get forgotten. These are our students. These students need nurturing. Our school and staff create connections with our students. Art has become a great connection with these kids!
