The Performance Conservatory High School, where my student attends, is in Boston. Most students receive breakfast and lunch at the school. They face many challenges such as single parent families, low socioeconomic status, low graduation rates, and poor self-esteem. The student who needs a laptop is in a school where most students have a laptop but she doesn't. Her hearing loss, which is a moderate loss, also puts her in a disadvantage because she must struggle to hear what is being said all day long.

About my class
