I have different personalities in my classroom. Some very active or super active. Some just don’t want to do. But that doesn’t mean they don’t do. They take their own time. But at the end of the day they are all in same place. But like more challenging things and some just go with the flow. I have some very interesting and enquiring minds, some ready to explore without getting full details, some want great help, some very specific things that they want to do. Some ask too many questions and try to get complete information and answers to their questions. Some just amaze me by how many tasks they can do without any help. Some want to be left independent thinking that they are big enough to do their work themselves. I have types of students with very different and unique ideas and talents. The more I see them grow and develop more things I learn from them. They all are rock stars. Great soldiers that defend their pals.
