My name is Amy Daniels. I teach at Hawthorn Elementary at Salem, Il. Each year, my class size ranges between 20-25 students. The majority of my students qualify for free lunches and live in low income families. I have taught 26 years. Currently, I am teaching in 2nd grade which is my absolute favorite! Each day, I try to be upbeat and full of energy so my students can have a love for learning! It is such an honor to impact the future leaders and world changers in America.
