I have a wonderful group of twenty first graders! I have an equal part of boys and girls. They are eager to learn and full of enthusiasm! We are part of a high poverty area where materials are often hard to come by. Our school is in a very rural area and is considered small by comparison. Our school system in general is gravitating toward a more hands on learning environment providing students with ample opportunity to practice skills introduced in the classroom. Overall, these kids attend regularly and benefit greatly from interaction and interactive games and centers!

About my class
