I teach a wonderful and inquisitive group of freshmen at Cesar Chavez High School in Laveen, AZ. They come from diverse backgrounds. We do have a high population of low-income students. They are motivated and eager to learn science. Many of my students have gone on to college seeking degrees in science related fields and some have joined the military, motivated by my service in the US Marines. Semper Fi.
