This rug will provide a central location for our class to meet as a learning community. The squares will help with management during group time, allowing each child to have their own square. We will meet as a class to discuss our goals for the day, to learn new things, and to have class discussions. The vibrant colors will add to the class decor and give the students a classroom that they can be proud of. The rug will also be used during station time as students use hands on materials to practice specific learning targets for the current week.
