I am a K-5 gifted and talented teacher at three elementary schools the Manatee County School District. My job is very important for the students I support. I help expand and enrich the curriculum to allow my students to reach their full potential. This support is so important because my students may not otherwise be receiving the higher cognitive, social, and emotional growth they need and crave in their regular classrooms where currently one of the main focuses is on raising test scores. Your support will help give my students the resources they need to explore topics they may otherwise not have the opportunity to experience.
