My second grade students love reading and learning new things. They come to school each day eager to learn and try their best at all that they do. However, most of them come from homes where there is not a lot of technology available for them to use. They rely on school to use technology to learn new things. They LOVE using the computers to complete differentiated learning activities as well as interventions. They are always so excited when I am able to allow them to begin using a new piece of technology, which is why I really want to provide them with tablets to use in the classroom.
