Students will work in small groups in order to practice ELA and math skills. These small group opportunities allow the students to work together. This not only offers hands-on learning, but also social-emotional skills. My students love to work together and experience learning together. They would love the flip solve math boards because they have self-checking math cards. The fill in the blank phonics stamps will allow them to build their confidence sounding out CVC words, to become readers. The alphabet learning locks would be a big hit. They will love unlocking the lock with correct combination!
