During a single PE class, we see between 80-100 students. We need a lot of jump ropes in order to serve a portion of those kids on a weekly basis but especially during our jump roping unit and the Kids Heart Challenge. Jump roping is a valuable exercise and is a lifelong activity that can be done anywhere. Not only is it a great cardiovascular exercise, but it also helps build strong legs and glutes (very important for any student athlete)! By encouraging jump roping, we’re contributing to youth fitness and decreasing childhood obesity.

About my class
