The materials in this project will provide my students and fellow teachers the opportunity to participate in station activities and small group instruction that are catered to their specific needs. These materials will also help to create a learning lab that can be used as a model classroom for teachers for years to come. Providing innovative instruction that engages students is key to removing the gaps that were created by our time during COVID. As new teachers enter the profession they need to see how to use simple resources to create great lessons. Each item will be used in the learning lab to create a space that showcases the benefits of station teaching and learning. The stations will provide support for students with special needs and for limited English learners in the general education classroom.
