My project is based on a reward system. The reward system will make a difference for students to stay engaged and motivated in their learning experience. Middle school students are more easily motivated with extrinsic rewards, which will make learning more fun and exciting. Rewards will be earned based on a student's academic performance. The more a student stays engaged and complete his/her tasks, the more points will be earned in order to claim a reward or prizes! Earning points in exchange for prizes is an excellent motivator to keep students engaged and striving for academic achievement!
