Students with learning differences have trouble staying still. Simply standing and moving can help calm a busy brain. We need standing desks and Bouncy Bands. The pandemic has put all students on edge. These items will help them cope with everyday stress. This allows for everyone to learn in a peaceful environment. These tools could get my students back in the General Education classroom. I’ve also asked for some money curriculum. Money skills are the number one skill parents ask me to write goals on. All of these items will help close the learning gap.
