This is my first year teaching culinary arts to middle school students. Many of my students come from low income homes and do not have the opportunity to explore cooking at home! As their teacher, I want to provide them with basic cooking skills and allow them to explore their interest in cooking! I am requesting for a mini refrigerator/freezer, chef hats, and various other cooking utensils to use in culinary art class! I have been trying to supply my students with the necessary tools but it is becoming quite expensive. All of the food that they make in class, will be consumed by the students or brought home.

About my class
