These materials will be used for all students in 5th grade. Students will learn problem solving skills as well as learning to work with each other. The problem solving strategies will be addressed during the design and build phase of our activity. The cooperation strategies will be addressed during the teamwork phase of the activity. Students will be given an object to design and build. Students will have to work together to decide on a set design of the robot. They will also have to work together to build it. Students will have to compromise at times and utilize indiviual skills to be successful.
