We at BAFA Tiger Theatre are in desperate need of a restock on painting supplies, make-up supplies, and designing tools. In theatre we run through a lot of materials that need to be replaced. In the last year alone we ran through four gallons of paint, 14 compacts of foundation, a whole roll of butcher paper, two bottles of fake blood, six packs of glue sticks, a whole pack of colored pencils, and much more that I'm most definitely forgetting about. The students need these supplies to make our productions and classes the best that they can be. We use paint and makeup in set building, prop making and costuming. These supplies are used both for our shows and in class to experience with various technical theatre techniques such as scenic painting, old age makeup, prop building, and so much more. Our art supplies help design every aspect of our show and create original concepts that we learn about in our classes. Students use these supplies to create original make-up schematics, costume designs, scenic drafts, and lighting plots. Support your local budding artists and donate to our project today!
