This project is designed to continue to motivate the students in our school to make positive choices and attend school during the Pandemic by Rewarding them. Our students have challenges that they must overcome every day just be a successful student and I want to do whatever I can to help make these challenges seem as small as possible. The diverse needs and abilities of the students in my classroom and at our school create the need for different rewards and motivators. I would love to pay them for their hard work and great attendance, behaviors and have through various rewards I purchase over the course of the year. There a couple Items I believe will really help me in rewarding the students and that is through sensory gifts-stress balls, fidget toys, and candy. I am asking for these items and snacks to highlight their presence accentuates the school reward. These are items that will encourage students to work harder, behave better, better their academics and want to become better students from these rewards. This project will allow me to celebrate the students who always do the right things in class and throughout the school, and encourage others to do the same. The fun items picked out for this project will allow our school to have assemblies to recognize positive student attendance and behavior and will bring smiles to their faces. This will encourage more students to do the right thing. Students who are making the right choices and offering them these rewards more will help. With your help these incentives will be a great way to celebrate students who are making good choices and pushing their academics to be the very best! Will you help us?
