The students sit at tables instead of desks, so seat sacks would help them keep their tools and materials close by. Organization, responsibility, and independence play a huge part in the early years of school. The students need to have the opportunity to be responsible for their own materials. They need to have books stored right at their fingertips. Also by having the books right there, the children can grab a book to read any time they finish an activity. Seat sacks on each students' chair will help accomplish the goal of learning responsibility, independence, and it will overall improve instruction time because the students would not have to get up to get their materials.
