My class loves a challenge. Yoga sculpt combines the benefits of traditional yoga with the benefits of strength training. It improves their endurance and your mobility. It tones their muscles while they relax their minds and regulate their nervous system. It brings awareness to their body, strengthens their bones and joints, and improve their lung function. Yoga sculpt is one of my classes favorite activities. Adding weights will challenge them in a different variation then just traditional yoga. Having 5 and 3 pound weights is the perfect starting point to gain confidence and improve muscle tone.
