I've chosen to purchase a lot of new cooking and cleaning supplies to help the cooking labs run more smoothly. Air fryers will help them learn to cook with healthy fats. New knives will help them cut vegetables more safely. The mixing bowls will help promote sanitation as many of our current ones are old and hard to clean. These updated materials will help the students more fully learn from their cooking labs and create habits that can last through the rest of their lives. It's my hope that they can gain a love of cooking and eating healthy and I know these supplies can help.
