Sadly, the last 2-3 years of school have been disrupted over and over for these students. They have had to take their classwork with them as homework, and we have had many remote learning days due to both Covid-19, and weather extremes. I have noticed that only a few of my students have art supplies at home, with which to do homework, or remote work. This project would give each student the means to create their own artwork, do remote work, or complete homework in their own time, in their own homes, giving them time to really explore what art means to them.
