With students needing to stay socially distanced, collaborative, project-based learning has really been a struggle. With extra lab supplies, groupings can be smaller or even independent. Students will still be able to perform hands-on, projects based learning despite not being able to share supplies or work in groups. With the pandemic affecting how we collaborate in class, extra resources would help students still achieve hands-on, project based learning while maintaining a safe social distance. Other items in this list can be used to model experiments or scientific concepts should we return to a virtual platform. With items such as the calculators and stopwatches, students can be equipped with basic scientific tools to use at home during a virtual setting.
