Hands on learning would include dice activities and spinner activities. Student engagement is essential during review and can be facilitated with games including the buzzers, and basketball hoop a competition format. Class competitions are extremely motivating in the middle school setting. Finally, the learning environment needs to include celebrations. Class decor and activities are all involved in this. Friendship bracelet making also adds to unity in the middle school setting. The embroidery floss and patterns facilitate these activities.
