Through interactive play, my students will share and develop the necessary academic skills that will enhance learning essential concepts across the curriculum. Each of these age-appropriate manipulatives provide ongoing opportunities for educational growth. My 20 young pre-k students will use the age-appropriate manipulatives to promote a sense of interest and discovery necessary for learning. These activities will be used in small group learning centers. The requested storage boxes with lids will allow for an organized way to store requested manipulative as they each have a lot of pieces to keep up with. These things will be fun educational learning manipulatives and allow the teacher an opportunity to observe and assess various skills and provide a perfect setting to share time with children on a one-on-one basis in a relaxed learning environment that promotes safe incidental learning.
