Since COVID created a lot of disorganization and chaos (at home) and learning gaps due to virtual learning, I believe an organized and efficient classroom helps create peace that they need returned to their lives. The white boards help students become more vested in classroom learning and help me monitor their learning more efficiently. I believe practicing math drills over and over as warm-ups will help us bridge those learning gaps more quickly. And lastly, most of my students do not have basic supplies, like pencils, and they desperately need them.
