These items will all be used in hands-on, engaging activities. Not only can these resources promote basic reading, writing and math skills, but they can encourage social skills and group work. Many students got behind, both academically and socially, when schools were forced to teach virtually. I am eager to help my students learn with a plethora of activities that can be utilized individually or in teams. Peer work is very important, and it is critical that older elementary students begin developing these skills in order to prepare for real world experiences. It is also preparing them for junior high!

About my class
