Covid-19 has created a variety of challenges for my students. Many of them are working tirelessly to tray and catch up to meet grade level academic expectations as well as keeping up with their peers on a social-emotional level. My goal is to improve the self-confidence and self-esteem of my students. Having a magnetic whiteboard will help focu my students in small group at my teacher table. This will also allow my students another medium to work with hands-on activities. Being able to continue to shop at Teachers Pay Teachers will be a blessing to me. I already spend my own money on this platform. TpT has been helpful to me by saving me time by not having to create my own resources to use in the classroom. Being able to spend money on TpT allows me to provide many different resources and activities for all of my learning levels. I would be able to find activities for my students who are still learning to read as well as my gifted students who need a challenge in the classroom. Differentiated instruction is so important right now because of the learning gap that has been created from the Covid-19 pandemic.
