Many students have negative opinions about math and don't have confidence that they can do it. I am seeing additional negative effects because many students miss school due to COVID or quarantine. They may feel anxious about "getting behind." I want all students to feel comfortable in my class so they believe they can be successful. I like to incorporate various ways to do practice math. One way we can practice is with the Reusable Write and Wipe Pockets. We can incorporate quality practice while students enjoy getting to write with dry erase markers on the Pockets. Students will also be able to use the Wobble Cushions to help them focus.
