I have several students who struggle with their emotions. I have chosen some items that will help. Not only will this help those students, but it will also help our class as a whole. When these students can regulate their emotions it helps the whole class continue their learning. These students need to be in a good emotional state to be able to fully learn. One of our biggest academic goals is writing sentences. I have also chosen some items to help with this. Sentence building can be very repetitive so with these tools, my students will be able to practice with variety keeping them engaged.
