I teach a digital art class for sixth grade students. This class allows the opportunity for students to experience art in a nontraditional way. All of our assignments are done on Chromebooks that the school has provided. However, students are not provided a mouse to use with their Chromebooks. Some students have a mouse because parents or guardians have provided them. These students have expressed to me majority of our digital art assignments are easier using a mouse instead of just the trackpad on the Chromebook. Funding this project would give all my digital art students a mouse to use for their projects.
