The augmented reality rug and books will help engage the kids in active learning not only about the alphabet but also about different animals and their habitats. My kids will actively be immersed into learning their letters and about 26 animals through augmented reality. They will also have the hands on work that comes with the journals. When using the journals they not only explore the animals and alphabet at school but it will follow them wherever else they may go as long as they have the app and journal page. The augmented reality rug and journals will bring learning to life in our classroom. This rug and the journals will be great resources to have when working in the classroom and at home. We definitely can use extra ways to keep the kids engaged in learning when we are out of school for virtual learning. Some of our kids may not have a tablet at home but the app can be used on their parents phone. Augmented reality is something the children in my class have not had the opportunity to experience and I believe they will love it.
