The aftermath of COVID is being felt in our classrooms. We are noticing the emotional age of our students is much younger than in years past. It is nearly impossible for my fifth graders to sit still at a desk while they are learning. By providing some alternative seating, wobble stools, and kick bands, their concentration can increase while they get their wiggles out. Optimizing the learning space for each student is my priority. I want all of my amazing students to feel like their needs are being met to ensure the absolute best learning environment for them to be successful science scholars! Thank you for playing a part in their success!

About my class
