I am a first year teacher; therefore, I am lacking resources and organizational items as I am just getting started on building up my classroom. Different items like hanging files and file folders will help me begin that process. I desire to implement and start collecting more resources in my classroom that are student centered. This project contains many resources that encourage a classroom full of learners who love to read. It is difficult to find books in my school’s book room that are engaging for early level readers. Because of this, I was inspired to find books my students can read that will help them develop a love for reading even when reading at an early level. With the unexpected nature that this year has held, I desire to add different resources to my classroom that will aid students in every situation that they will be learning in. Things like the document camera will aid in my students learning inside our school as well as outside our school.
