Our students in OHS are very hard working and never ask for anything. They are a mostly low-income Native American population that doesn't have the same opportunities as most other schools. It would be nice to give these humble and hard working students a chance to have the same opportunities as others. Being able to give the students and athletes some weights would help build strength, overall health and confidence. A lot of the students will grow up to have health issues and diabetes without the tools and resources to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle through weight training.

About my class
