My students will be completing three major dissection labs. A chicken wing dissection lab so students can touch, investigate and learn about the skeletal and muscular system. A worm dissection lab so students can touch, investigate and learn about the digestive system. a frog dissection lab so students can touch, investigate and learn about the respiratory and circulatory system. The gloves will protect the students, while the digital microscope will help us view and record cells and tissue up close for a better student experience. The digital telescope will help my students be able to see the earth in a closer view. My students are covering the lunar cycle and the phases of the moon. How cool will it be when my students can view the moon and stars with the new telescope instead of just seeing it in a book. My students will be able to access, from home, the pictures and videos they made using the new digital microscope and telescope. This will help them complete projects such as Cell Projects, Lunar Cycle Projects, Studies of the Stars Projects and many more.
