I have learned so much from my students this year. One thing I have realized is that at this age they are fascinated by the life cycles of the animals around them. We have studied a and witnessed the life cycle of butterflies and frogs. I want to encourage them to take these lessons and apply it to their lives. These are the type of projects that children remember! By learning about the environment around them they become invested in preserving life in their world which will lead to the greater world around them later in life! Some of these learning moments have been left behind because of Covid restrictions. I hope having them experience these moments it will further their love for science.
